How to request a refund

Email us at hello@balincer.co within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on the reason for the return (optional but helpful).

What happens next

- We process refund requests within 3 business days of receiving your email.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You do not need to return the product. We issue refunds based on your order details alone.


Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 30 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Exclusions

- Refund requests outside the 90-day window are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed.
- Refunds do not cover original shipping charges where applicable.
